Terms of Use

These terms cover the holos: Sticker Maker app, its iMessage extension, holos Pro and holosstickers.com. By using them you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use holos.
1. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use holos on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store rules and these terms.
2. holos Pro subscriptions
- holos Pro unlocks extra features and Pro sticker packs. It is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (for example weekly or yearly), sometimes with a free trial. The plans, prices and trial lengths available to you are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
- If you buy a subscription during a free trial, the unused part of the trial ends when the purchase is made.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). We can't issue refunds ourselves.
- We may change prices or plans. Apple will tell you about price increases as required, and you can cancel before they apply.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos you use and the stickers you make. They stay on your device and we don't claim any ownership. You are responsible for what you create and share: only use photos you have the right to use, and respect the people in them.
4. Market stickers
Sticker packs from the holos Market and holosstickers.com are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use: sending them in chats and editing them in the app. Don't sell, redistribute or upload them to other sticker stores. Pro packs need an active holos Pro subscription where the app says so. We may add, change or retire packs at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use holos to create or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights, and don't try to reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the app or our services.
6. Other apps
holos works with Messages, WhatsApp, Telegram and other apps. Those apps are run by other companies under their own terms. holos is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Our property
The app, the website, the holos name, logo and Peely, and the Market sticker packs are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
holos is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be error-free or always available, or that cutouts will be perfect for every photo.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of holos. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for holos in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop using holos at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections 3 to 9 continue to apply after that.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date above. If you keep using holos after a change, the new terms apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where you live, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
